"My review is for StateFarms decision team who decides whether your car is fixable or a total loss. I had a deer hit drove the car back and forth to body shop twice until they could take it in. Then after three weeks of being told waiting on parts this team decides to total it. The money i was reimbursed will not buy another same vehicle with low miles,not even close. State Farm has really went downhill and to keep my home owners and next two cars insured with them would be a dumb mistike."
