"I can't say enough right now about the start of a claim after a huge storm we just had .A huge sycamore tree branch came off our tree that surrounds our home in Michigan and the illusion of the way the branch came down looked like it speared right thru the roof .So the call agent started the process told us to call out a roofer and when it was safe for my husband to go up and make a assessment of the possibility of how severe the damage was and to secure area so no further damage could happen ..What great points to make as our heads were not where we had a thought process .Thank you State Farm front line damage team thanks for helping us 😉😆"
